Villa Capucine is a beautiful villa with 3 Bedrooms (T4) and 2 bathrooms villa located on 11 Rue des Corsaires in the Richelieu area of Cap d'Agde. It is an entire house on two floors.
The villa has 3 proper bedrooms: Two bedrooms upstairs: one with a double bed and one with 2 single beds. A third bedroom with a double bed is on the ground floor with an ensuite bathroom. There is a little step down into the downstairs bedroom and ensuite.
All of the bedrooms have proper beds.
The villa is less than 200 metres to Plage Richelieu Centre. There is a private secluded terrace fully enclosed with a fence, wall and locking gate. The residence is secure with a remote control gate.
It is a stunning villa in an idyllic location.

The villa is extremely well equipped and furnished throughout. Many compliments and repeat bookings from previous guests. This villa is a rare find in Cap d'Agde.
Contents of villa: There is a washing machine, dishwasher, tall fridge/freezer, kettle, toaster, coffee maker, microwave, full size cooker with gas rings and electric oven and grill. A plentiful supply of crockery, cooking utensils, cutlery and glassware.
The villa is very nicely furnished with furniture of the highest quality.
Portable air conditioning unit and fans (New unit and fans for Summer 2017)
Electric heating and Fuel heater for out-of-season times.
All beds are normal beds. No folding beds in this villa. Sheets and towels will be left in the villa for guests arriving and are included in the price.
End of stay cleaning, and WIFI is included in the price.
Taxe de sejour (Tourist Tax) is extra. It is 1.65€ per person per night. It is collected by Abritel/Homeaway in February.

Very well located near all amenities. Shops such as a bakery, spar supermarket, butchers, newsagent and cash point can be found within 5 minutes walk.
The beach is less than 5 minutes walk from the villa.
Bedrooms: Bedroom 1 is located on the ground floor with a beautiful iron frame double bed with matching beside tables and a good sized wardrobe and an en suite bathroom.
Bedroom 2 is located upstairs and has one double bed, beside tables and matching dressing table and wardrobe.
Bedroom 3 is located upstairs and consists of 2 single beds and a dressing table and beside table and wardrobe.
Sleeps up to 6 people very comfortably.
Bathrooms: There is one bathroom (en suite) attached to bedroom 1 on the ground floor with shower unit, wash basin and toilet
There is a second bathroom upstairs with shower unit, wash basin unit and toilet.
Ideal for families or 2 couples - very rare to find a house in Cap d'Agde with 2 bathrooms and 3 proper bedrooms.
