Negative: This residence is not suitable for any person with mobility issues. There were 60 steps to get to the third floor apartment The spiral staircase inside the apartment is not fit for purpose. Insufficient handrails to use these stairs. They are not sturdy and create a lot of noise, especially during the night when people are sleeping - necessary to use to access the single bathroom downstairs! Booking.com advertised 3 bathrooms for this apartment, but there is only ONE! There is a shower cubicle in two bedrooms upstairs, these are not bathrooms! No instructions were issued to assist in the use of the apartment- such as the use of the air-con It was great to have the air-conditioning installed but useless when we didn't know how to use it. I would have hoped there would have been a little welcome booklet describing a few things, such as the use of the air-conditioning system and where to place rubbish, etc. There was no lighting on any of the stairwells and entrance hall, too, making it quite unsafe to access apartment no. 1. The party of six persons included four persons over 65, two of which have serious health issues. This facility has the potential to be a good property if many changes were done
