Between the Loire and Sologne, our charming cottage is located in the countryside, 200 m from the Chambord park, on the route of the castles by bike, and 10 km from Blois and Cheverny.
Our cottage "Le Pressoir" is one of the 3 cottages of the farmhouse of the "Val de Chambord", an old winegrower's farm of the eighteenth century.
Located in the middle of the farmhouse, this semi-detached house is an old barn of 125 m² recently renovated by an architect combining authenticity, comfort, modernity and can accommodate up to 8 people.
The cottage is located in an exotic and relaxing, rural environment, with a direct view of the Parc de Chambord and the perimeter wall of the estate.
From the parking lot shared with the gîtes "Le Chai" and "Le Pressoir" where you can easily park your vehicle, you access a private courtyard with an outdoor table and barbecue allowing you to enter the gîte.
The house consists of:
• on the first floor of a large living room of 50 m² with a living-dining room and open fitted kitchen (dishwasher, oven, microwave, fridge with freezer, coffee maker, Tassimo, kettle) and WC.
The living-dining room opens onto a large south-facing terrace overlooking a 150 m² garden. It is equipped with two sofas, a flat-screen TV and a large family table.
• On the 1st floor, there is a mezzanine with a sleeping area / bed of 140 for 2 people and serves by a walkway above the living room the 3 bedrooms each with a bed of 160, one of which can be separated into 2 beds of 80 on prior request, 2 bathrooms with walk-in shower, 1 separate toilet and a laundry room with washing machine.
Free internet access (fiber) in the cottage.
