Summary: We stayed here for a week with our family during a heatwave. The room’s air conditioning was a lifesaver, providing a cool break during the day and good sleep at night. We had breakfast at the hotel a couple of times — it was decent, basic but varied enough. The hotel was spotless and very well maintained, with no insects or stains anywhere. The service was excellent and always quick.
The location is fantastic: a shopping street just a few blocks away, the metro and main train station nearby, and both the beach and old town within walking distance. There’s also a good small grocery store right next door and plenty of restaurants and cafés in the area. The neighborhood felt calm and safe, even at night. One thing to note is that the hotel doesn’t have an elevator, so guests with limited mobility should keep this in mind.

Summary: The hotel is very conveniently located. Staff were super helpful even though we came late for check in. They also supplied us with kettle and tea cups for tea as my wife was feeling a bit unwell. Check out was easy and we were able to leave our bags at reception.

Summary: We have stayed at this hotel several times, it always welcoming in a great location for spending a few days in Nice. Near Train station and Trams and places to eat. Best for beach or town shopping.

Summary: Please keep in mind this is a budget motel in a seemingly old building. The motel and room were very clean. We found the room plenty spacious and very comfortable. The bed was soft and we slept extremely well. We live in a very warm climate and it was cold and rainy when we arrived. The staff was very accommodating with providing additional bedding for warmth. It is located in a quiet neighborhood in the city and a 7 minute walk to the beach. There are plenty of coffee shops and restaurants nearby. The motel provided complimentary beach towels to borrow which is not something we have ever seen in our travels. We were pleasantly surprised with the quality of the accommodations for the price. We would definitely stay here again if we return to Nice.
