The house is built on a slightly sloping ground and is on the ground floor on each level.
On the upper level, but on one level: sea view from the terrace and one of the two bedrooms., very large living room with fireplace, dining room, two bedrooms with French doors for direct access to the garden, a bedroom with a bed 160, one with two beds 90, a bathroom with shower and bath, a separate toilet, 2 terraces (one north, one south) the kitchen is directly on the north terrace.
