Positive: The location was the absolute best thing about this apartment. It could not have been more ideal. It was close to everything and just steps away from some of the best restaurants like Belle L'Etoile, Les Garcons, Cave Nature, and more. It was also very close to a pharmacy, the Welcome Hotel for Uber meeting, the Casino store, and a butcher shop. We appreciated having a stove/oven and the dishwasher. AirBnB said it had a clothes dryer (Bookings did not say this), but it does not.
Negative: The apartment was not cleaned well. There was a very thick layer of dust and build up on the fans, I cleaned out about a quarter of an inch of dust from the A/C filter, there was burnt coffee residue on the coffee maker burner, and there was mold in the bathroom. The TV was inoperable because a remote was missing. Several lights. including the one above the bathroom mirror did not work, While we knew the ceilings were low in the loft, we did not realize how low the passage ways between rooms were. My husband banged his head numerous times. The beds weren't uncomfortable, but they sagged in the middle and need to be replaced.
Summary: The location is a *5* and everything else is a *3*.
