Positive: Lovely view from the balcony. There are plenty of cafes in the marina. The building itself is very interesting. Location is great and comfortable for exploring the whole area. Water pressure in the bathroom was good - appreciated a lot.
Negative: Most disappointing was that the apartment was missing lots of small things like for example soap, so we were unable even to wash the hands when we arrived after the whole day of travelling. No hair dryer. No paper towels in the kitchen and no single cleaning cloth at all. No washing detergents for washing machine and for dishwater. No tea/coffee, no salt, no oil. We were provided with just one roll of toilet paper, lol. For 2 adult people for 11-day-stay. So we had to go to the supermarket and buy a lot of simple stuff next day to be able to live in the apartment, and this was something we did not expect and have never faced with in any apartment. The furniture is quite old as well, like mattresses on the beds should definitely be replaced. Of course the price was also not that high and we would be ok with the old furniture and no repairs with the price given, but the fact that so many simple things were missing is just extremely sad. The apartment should be managed better, the check in instructions could be also more detailed and user-friendly. No check-out instructions were provided even after the additional request for such. The linen for the beds and the towels were needed to be paid on top. Having this said I would rate the apartment below the average unfortunately.
