Our air-conditioned studio for max. 2 persons is located on the 3rd floor in a residence with communal pool and beautiful garden as well as garden pavilion inviting you to relax, jeu de boules and table tennis.
The studio is fully equipped with electric stove, fridge, microwave, dishwasher, kitchen utensils, TV, WiFi, wardrobe, shelves, etc.
It has on 21m² living/dining room with double sofa bed (2 separate mattresses) with open kitchen and direct access to the terrace and view of the garden.
Our studio also has a bathroom with bath/shower and WC.
A television is of course at your disposal.
Launderette with washing machines and tumble dryers in the residence (for a fee).

Pets only on prior request and be sure to specify breed (for a one-off fee of EUR 20.00)

Access to the residence and the pool (usually open from July to September, depending on the weather already in June, please inquire in advance if necessary) are protected by a digital code, so that only residents have access here, so that you as guests have peace and intimacy.
It is not permitted to bring guests from outside to the pool. The sun loungers shown in the photo are no longer available.
All our apartments are non-smoking apartments. Smoking is of course permitted on the terrace.
The residence is located in the west of Nice in the upscale and green Fabron district just 700 m from the 5 km long beach of the Promenade des Anglais. All shopping facilities (supermarket, bakery, pharmacy, etc.) are between 200 and 600 m away. There is a bus stop practically in front of the residence.
Arrival from 14.00 - 18.00 (Mondays to Saturdays). Departure from 08.00 am. After 18.00 or before 08.00 as well as on Sundays we cannot receive you or see you off. (We have a concierge service for this purpose, who will welcome/fare you off between 18:00 and 20:00 for an extra charge of 30.00 euros, between 20:00 and 22:00 for 50.00 euros, 30.00 euros for departures before 08:00 and 50.00 euros each for arrivals and departures on Sundays). Arrival after 22:00 only in exceptional cases 70,00 Euro
From July to the end of September we do not provide duvets/blankets due to the heat. If you need comforters, please let us know in advance.
Guests leave the apartment tidy and clean, even if they have used the final cleaning service provided by the cleaning company. If they have opted for their own cleaning, the studio must be in exactly the same condition as on arrival and absolutely clean (a list of tasks to be done is in the apartment).
