The property sits on top of a completely private residential hill of Golfe Juan. This wonderful holiday home lies in a 2000 sqm big mansion with lemon-, orange and banana trees. The Villa la mer is 300 square meters big split over 2 floors. It has 5 bedrooms (all with AC and sea view), 3 kitchens, 3 bathrooms and a very big reception area with a fireplace seating area connecting to it. The Villa la mer can easily accommodate 10 people and is perfect for a family holiday. 4 outdoor terraces (with BBQ and draft beer) and a 10x10m pool (with solar heating) will make your stay unforgettable and is a perfect spot to entertain and cook with friends. For the winter months you can enjoy our exterior sauna and a red wine at the fireplace afterwards!
Further Details: On the terrace you will find a summer kitchen with a big outdoor grill. There is a pool bar with beer on tap and a view of the ocean.
