Positive: New inverter AC Multiple channel TV Access to private jacuzzi and shared (little) pool Gas BBQ Reasonably sized fridge with freezer

Negative: Hosts were a bit too much into rules and we felt under constant supervision. In addition, this was the only place ever we had to make a deposit (500 euro). We were also asked to pay 50 euro for final cleaning, which was not mentioned on booking, so we refused and that has created a bit awkward situation. I think owners should assume a bit of risk for loss and damage, against they are normally issued. The description as mini villa is misleading; the place is a tall barn in which they fit a bathroom and a very low ceiling sleeping area perched on a suspended platform and reached by a narrow staircase attached to the wall. When climbing up the stairs, dirt from the steps falls into the sink the the drying dishes. The ceiling of the sleeping area is so low one cannot stand upright (see pic). Ironically, the little available storage for clothes is upstairs (not even a small cupboard, coathanger or hook in the living area). In my opinion hosts should concentrate on offering basic amenities, less on things that tourists staying only a few days and interested in the sea and sightseeing rarely use, like pool, jacuzzi, BBQ.
