Positive: The apartment has a great location, only 15–20 minutes from the city center and the port. The 600 bus stop (Nice - Monaco - Menton), is right across the street. A Netto supermarket and a very good pizzeria are also just a few minutes away. The terrace is lovely and offers a beautiful view over the city.

Negative: Key collection could have been more convenient. We landed at 11 PM and had to go to the agency to pick up the keys from their locker, and the have a 30 min walk to the apartment. Perhaps they could place a locker at the apartment building. A refundable €500 deposit (or a non-refundable fee of around €50) is required before check-in. Considering this, the apartment could use some improvements: the fridge door is dented, there are water stains from the air conditioning on the wall, the rugs are stained, there’s no light on the terrace, WC didn’t look like it was properly cleaned. We were asked to take out the trash, run the dishwasher, and empty the fridge before check-out. Cleanliness could be improved – the dining table was sticky and the terrace furniture was dusty.
