This vacation rental is located on the side of a small hill, just next to Place Sainte Claire, in the old town. The hill has a gentle, very short, wide staircase slope, so you don't have to worry. The main advantage of this apartment is that it is in a quiet location yet seconds away from the charm and character of the old town.
Menica 1, ideal for enjoying the old town, you will be only a few minutes’ walk from Cours Saleya and its daily market, the beach and the famous Promenade des Anglais. The pretty Port is also five minutes from the apartment, and several bus and tram lines (direct to the airport) are easily accessible.
The graceful and elegant living room offers a comfortable setting in which to relax with a good movie, enjoy a meal or an aperitif around a round table and its chairs. There is also a TV, a separate armchair and a mirror hanging on the wall.
The separate kitchen is located at the front of the apartment. Well appointed, it has a two-ring gas stove, microwave, washing machine and refrigerator with small freezer.
