Summary: Very nice hotel with wonderful rooftop indoor and outdoor seating area, and perfectly placed to explore Marseille on foot or by public transport. The rooms aren’t huge, but perfectly functional. The only negative was the parking. The site stated that the hotel didn’t have a parking but public parking was available nearby for 17.5 euros per night. When I messaged the hotel for the address of that car park, I was directed to a nearby QPark charging 44 euros per night. When I arrived to check in, the senior desk manager was very dismissive and rather arrogantly refused to acknowledge that hotel gave me the wrong information. Thankfully, a younger receptionist at the desk understood the discrepancy. She did some searching online and found the correct Indigo parking. It was nice to see that in the younger generations, there is indeed an improved sense of customer service and that did make me hopeful and appreciative.
