Two bedrooms upstairs with terrace. Access to the rooms is via a spiral staircase. On the ground floor a living room, a kitchen, a bathroom (separate toilet), a veranda dining room overlooking a beautiful swimming pool with spa.
A delightful Mediterranean garden and a terrace partially shaded by a centenary orange tree. Beautiful west, south exposure.
Roadside parking in front of the house (little traffic). Access by a wide comfortable staircase (around thirty steps). No internet in the house but on the terrace possibility of wifi.
