I rent my main residence "non smoking indoors" over the summer to respectful and caring people. It is a recent villa of 130m2 with its large swimming pool. All the rooms on the ground floor with the exception of the office overlook by large windows on the 50m2 terrace, the swimming pool and the 800m2 enclosed garden with trees and flowers, not overlooked. You will find a barbecue by the pool, a grill on the terrace, 6 sun loungers and garden furniture (10 chairs).
It consists on the ground floor of:
- a dining room with 6 seats.
- a living room overlooking the garden with television, stereo CD / DVD player radio, CD, DVD available.
- a fully equipped kitchen opening onto the terrace.
- an office with mezzanine: internet access by fiber optic (wifi), printer, CD player, radio and library.

- A bathroom and separate toilet.
- A garage and a carport in front of the garage.
