Summary: Family of two adults, four kids aged 10 to 16yo, stayed for three nights during +30 C weather. Pros: nice appartment, well-kept, good location within close walking distance of supermarkets, restaurants, Old Nice and the famous Promenade des Anglais. Easy access from train station with the new tramway. Price comparatively reasonable. Cons: 1 - no air conditioning: although there were four portable fans, this was not enough, especially at night-time. 2 - no hand towel in the single bathroom (which can be an issue depending on the number of people staying). 3 - no garbage bags, kitchen towel (to dry dishes), and a meager two dishwasher detergent cubes supplied. Overall, it's more of a 3.5/5, and with an improved welcome package from the owner (points 2 and 3), this is 4/5... in appropriate weather.
