Villa of 245 m² with swimming pool, spa, terraces, private garage, garden and vegetable patch, located in a quiet and private domain (the Domaine de l'Etoile). This property, consisting of a villa and a private apartment, includes 5 bedrooms and can accommodate 12 people.
Description of the villa and outbuildings:
- Ground floor :
The ground floor consists of a very bright 50 m² living / dining room overlooking the main terrace, and a 12 m² American kitchen with a snack table. there are also 2 bedrooms of 18 m² with dressing room (one of which directly overlooks the SPA), a bathroom with shower and bathtub and an independent WC.
The main terrace of approximately 50 m² overlooks the swimming pool and the spa, gives a clear view of the forest and the mountains. An outdoor table and sun loungers are provided.
- Floor:
Upstairs is the 22 m² master bedroom (180x200 bed) with dressing room and an 8 m² private bathroom (shower and bath). There is also an independent WC as well as an office / bedroom with a sofa bed type BZ offering a comfortable bed of 140 x 190.
The upstairs secondary terrace with an area of 45 m² is embellished with an outdoor lounge and allows you to admire 360 °, the heights of Nice, the Kiss of Antibes, the Col de Vence, the Baous of St-Jeannet and the Southern Alps.
- Basement :
In the basement there is the 10 m² laundry area with washing machine and dryer, access to the garage (100 m²) for 2 vehicles and access to the technical room of the pool / spa. A third vehicle can also be parked in front of the garage (inside the property).
The Mediterranean garden surrounding the villa is mainly composed of aromatic plants rosemary, thyme, lavender, ...), with its fruit trees, its vegetable garden and a 2000 m² forest where there is 1 small goat (Fifi).
At the same level as the swimming pool is a private apartment of 45 m². This apartment is composed of an American kitchen, a living room (with sofa bed for 2 people), a bedroom, a bathroom, an independent WC and a large dressing room. The living room and bedroom windows overlook the pool.
Shops (supermarket, bakery, butcher, ...) and restaurants are located just 5 minutes by car.
The villa is near Cagnes sur Mer and St Laurent du var (about 10 minutes by car). Then, the cities of Nice and Antibes are located about 20-30 minutes by car.
The first beaches (Cagnes sur Mer) are close (about 10 minutes) and the hinterland (with its rivers and other activities) is also very close.
