The villa "La Lézardière" is a superb modern and spacious family villa in an impressive location with fantastic views of the bay of "Pramousquier" and the famous "Cap Nègre". From the villa there is an easy flat walk to the beautiful sandy beach "Plage du Canadel" towards Rayol or the other way towards Lavandou to the sandy beach "Plage du Pramousquier". Both beaches have several Bar-Restaurants and Beach-Clubs. This unique location makes the villa ideal for a large family and offers plenty of opportunities for everyone.
The villa has 5 spacious bedrooms with airconditioning and new beds. Two master bedrooms have their own "en suite" bathroom and small "walk-in" closets.
