The space
Hidden from sight and noise, Villa Domaine de la Baie features a lush garden, four bedrooms with private terraces, an additional bedroom, four bathrooms, a well-lit living room with natural light, fully equipped kitchen, barbecue area, ample parking and an incredible swimming pool with beautiful views of the bay and over 7 hectares of greenery.
In one of the different terraces of the house, you will find an outdoor dining area, where you can enjoy your breakfasts/lunches/dinners in a relaxing and different way. You will also find a nice living room, perfect to read a book or have a drink while you enjoy the soft breeze that characterizes the place.
The villa, which has 350 m2 of construction, is quite spacious, both inside and out. The five available bedrooms are impeccably decorated, with great lighting thanks to the natural light provided by the sun.
The bathrooms, whether with shower or bathtub, are of the same high standard, spacious and clearly tastefully chosen.
The swimming pool (salt water) is surrounded by greenery and has several sun loungers to make the most of the sunny days.
This 2023 the villa has been part of a thorough renovation of the entire outdoor area, leaving it completely renovated. The outdoor terrace has been extended to 150 metres to make room for an outdoor kitchen, chill-out area, and extended sunbathing/lounger area. New kitchen with window/bar.
