Summary: We had an excellent time at the house. It actually shows better than the pictures. We had a group of 7 and everyone was incredibly impressed with the property. It 100% delivers on the private luxury vibe. All of the doors and windows open throughout the house and there is a nice breeze that gives the environment a relaxing feeling. Our plan was to have dinner on the property one night, have a pool day and then spend the rest of our time in St. Tropez at some of the beach venues. Mission accomplished. The venues are ~25 mins from the house and you'll need a car to get there. For the situation we wanted it delivered: A luxury private villa at a reasonable price for a large group. If you're looking to hop back and forth between the beach clubs and this property, it's probably a little too far for that. St Tropez is small and if you're looking for variety ie The Beach, Wine Tasting, Privacy with Friends choose this property. I would make the recommendation to change the lock on the front door to an electronic key pad to make checkins seamless. We had a miscommunication with the groundskeeper and our entry was a bit more stressful than it had to be.
