Villa Sarnia is a stunning private property located on the hills above Biot. It offers large open spaces featuring high ceilings and deep terrasses with exceptional views over the surrounding natural protected park (Natura du Dôme de Biot/ Natura 2000). Peaceful and very spacious, the property is conveniently located within walking distance of the village and only a ten minutes drive from the beaches.
My place is good for large families (with kids) and we accept well behaved pets 🐶
Our Guests will have access to a vast private master bedroom en-suite with a large private balcony. The bathroom has a double bathtub as well as a shower. A second brand new en-suite Bedroom offers a large space with private bathroom and bathtub. The two other bedrooms have a double bed and a queen size bed. The fifth bedroom has a bunk bed suitable for children.
Our house features 300m2 over three different floors, the swimming pool is safe for children under parents supervision, it is heated and offers counter-current swimming and measures 3.5m X 7m, with a wide sunny teak terrasse overlooking the valley.
Guests can enjoy the swimming pool from April to October, the teak terrace is available for a sunbath all year around ;)
The kitchen, a Professional black granite Designer Kitchen will turn you into a chef and its very deep open sky terrace is wonderful for a friendly breakfast, unless you prefer to have it on your private balcony!
On the next floor down you reach a dramatic entertaining space/TVlounge of over 70m2 with DVD collection, a table football, bioethanol fireplace, an English and French library, and a direct access to the swimming pool and garden!

It is a perfect position for exploring the Cote d'Azur.

Villa Sarnia is fantastically located to visit the French Riviera, and yet extremely quiet in a natural environment with great green spaces on the edge a natural park of more than 40Hectares, where you can follow one of the many foot lanes for an easy hike and perhaps a picnic with an amazing sea view over the "Baie des Anges".
The lovely Medieval village of Biot, famous for its glassblowing tradition, is a wonderful place to relax and has a good selection of restaurants, local shops and artisan galleries within the narrow streets. Have dinner in the typical 15th Century village of Biot. Stroll through the narrow lanes and visit our famous museums of Glassblowing tradition.
