We rent our house in Biot, where we live year-round with our 3 children.
The house (135m²) is bright and air-conditioned throughout.
The living area on the first floor opens onto two terraces, one with a barbecue, the other with a swimming pool. Enjoy lunch outside on the large table in the shade of the hundred-year-old bougainvillea. The pool is shallow and has steps to enter the water.
The kitchen opens onto the living room, and is fully equipped (oven, induction hob, sodastream, beer taps, bean-to-cup coffee maker, toaster, thermomix, etc.).
Also on the ground floor are a bedroom with double bed (140 cm) and a bedroom with 1 single bed, both overlooking the garden, a bathroom with bathtub and separate toilet.
Upstairs, you'll find a large master bedroom with double bed (180 cm) and en-suite bathroom, an office equipped for telecommuting, as well as a children's bedroom with two single beds.
Environment:
All the windows of the house look out onto the greenery, we are in a private estate, with Tennis (free access, rackets and balls available). The medieval village of Biot, with its narrow streets, terraces and restaurants, is a 5-minute walk away. You can enjoy a coffee in the shade of the plane trees, and take advantage of the village's many events throughout the summer: open-air cinema, art exhibitions, dance evenings, Provencal market twice a week, etc.
The house is a 5-minute drive from the Biot golf course, less than 10 minutes by car from the nearest beaches, Marineland and Aquasplash, 15 minutes from Antibes old town, the Moratoglou tennis academy (with spa and restaurants), 20 minutes from the airport and 30 minutes from the sumptuous village of Gourdon in the hinterland. Numerous hikes leave from Biot along the cool Brague river.
