There is space for a large family or holiday with friends. The villa is in a quiet location on a 1500 m² large private grounds with lots of greenery and mature trees. From the covered terrace you can enjoy a wonderful view of the sea. The 4 x 8 m pool is available for private use from mid-May to late September. The house is on two floors 165 sqm. The villa with lots of southern French flair is fully and newly furnished and was extensively renovated in 2014/15.
In the larger upper floor there are three bedrooms (each with a double bed), large living room with fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen and a shower, bath and toilet. On the lower floor again are 2 double bedrooms, a living room with a fully equipped kitchenette and shower / WC.
Enjoy the good as new and complete equipment: air, Internet, satellite TV, dishwasher / washing machine, radio, CD, BBQ, bowling alley, swimming pool, etc.
