On the first level—the pool level—there are two bedrooms with direct access to the pool, a full bathroom with a shower, the main entrance with additional storage space, and the large garage. The first bedroom can be used as a master bedroom, a twin bedroom, or a TV room. The second bedroom has space for an additional small desk or a crib (upon request). The French doors in both rooms let in plenty of light and allow for a quick dip in the pool at any time.
